The Vesuvius Evolution Custom Wide Peel is the ideal choice for pizza ovens with a square or rectangular baking stone with non-standard width dimensions. Handcrafted in Italy, MOCA certified for food contact.

💡 Not sure about the right size? The peel should be 1-2 cm narrower than the oven's baking stone and at least 1 cm longer than its depth. Contact us on WhatsApp: +39 351 736 4604 (Mon-Fri 9:30–13:00 and 16:30–20:00 CET) before ordering to confirm your measurements.
