Terms and Conditions of Service
Scope of Application: Access to the website and purchases made through vesuviusstore.it are governed by these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the user implicitly accepts these conditions.

Shipping Times:

Ordered products are generally shipped within 10 working days. As these are handcrafted products, during periods of high demand order fulfilment times may be longer.

Shipping is carried out by express courier and delivery times in Italy are 24/48 hours; for islands and remote areas up to 72/96 hours (excluding weekends). These times are not binding, as they depend on external couriers who may experience delays beyond their control.

Orders placed outside the European Community may be subject to customs inspections and duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Couriers Used: Our trusted couriers are TNT, Bartolini, SDA, Poste Italiane, UPS, FedEx (depending on the destination area). Collection by a courier appointed by the buyer is also possible.
Receipt of Delivery: If the product packaging appears damaged, accept the shipment by signing "subject to inspection" and take photos of the packaging as soon as possible, clearly showing the damage. If the product is also damaged, take detailed photos of the damage and the inside of the packaging and report it within 5 days by email to info@vesuviusstore.it, attaching the photos. Without acceptance subject to inspection, it will not be possible to provide a free replacement of the product.
If any accessories are missing from the package, please send a notification within 5 days with photos of the packaging in the sealed transparent bag (as proof of the missing item) so that a new shipment can be arranged.
Right of Withdrawal: The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting our customer service by email at info@vesuviusstore.it. The goods must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging. In the case of sealed products, they must not have been opened. For damaged products, the refund will be partial or null depending on the damage caused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure products, personalised products, and cloths.
Refusal of Shipment: If the shipment is not accepted by the customer, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
All the conditions stated herein are deemed accepted at the time the order is completed.
