RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within  14 days from the date you receive the product, without needing to provide any reason.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day deadline expires, by contacting customer service at:

Communication can take place via email or by using the Standard Withdrawal Form attached to this policy (Appendix A).

3. Return Shipping

Once their request has been confirmed, the customer must ship the products to the following address:

  • The product must be returned intact, unused, in its original packaging and complete with all accessories.
  • The Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Vesuvius Store is not liable for any items lost during the return shipment.

4. Refund

The refund will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned product, subject to verification of the merchandise's condition. The refund includes:

  • The product cost

  • The fees displayed at checkout as "Shipping + Packaging" cover both the cost of shipping and the packaging materials needed to ensure the product is protected during shipment.

    If you exercise your right of withdrawal pursuant to D.Lgs. 206/2005, the standard shipping fee will be refunded. Packaging costs, as an integral part of the order preparation service, are not eligible for a refund.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for your purchase, unless a different arrangement is agreed upon.

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal not applicable a:

  • Products made made-to-measure or clearly customized
  • Products with laser engraving  or other customizations
  • Teflon Sheets, for hygiene reasons, if opened and/or used

6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Pursuant to EU Directive 2019/771, all products are covered by the 2-year legal conformity warranty from the delivery date. In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract, as set out by law.
