RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision before the expiry of the 14-day period, by contacting customer service at:

The communication may be made by email or by using the Standard Withdrawal Form attached to this policy (Appendix A).

3. Return Shipping

After receiving confirmation of the request, the customer must ship the products to the following address:

  • The product must be returned intact, unused, in its original packaging and complete with all accessories.
  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • It is recommended to use a trackable service. Vesuvius Store is not liable for any loss during return transit.

4. Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned product, subject to verification of the condition of the goods. The refund includes:

  • The cost of the product

  • "The charges indicated at checkout as \"Shipping + Packaging\" include both the transport cost and the packaging materials required to ensure the product is protected during shipping.

    If the right of withdrawal is exercised pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the amount relating to standard shipping will be refunded. Packaging costs, as an integral part of the order preparation service, are not subject to refund."

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to measure or clearly personalized
  • Products with laser engraving or other customisation
  • Teflon sheets, for hygiene reasons, if opened and/or used

6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Pursuant to EU Directive 2019/771, all products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, as provided by law.
